Roles and responsibilities :
Handle and coordinate for meeting and its related correspondence.
Preparation of Agenda.
Attend LIVE meetings, or GoToMeeting and taking notes that are an accurate record of decisions and discussions.
Preparation of minutes with responsibilities and ownership.
Circulation of minutes to all participants.
Follow up within the department to ensure completion of assignments, interaction with various departments.
Prior experience/skill sets required :
Should have excellent listening skills in English and Tamil. Knowing other languages is an added advantage.
Should be very proficient in understanding American, British and other foreign accents in English and being able to transcribe their calls.
Should have excellent typing skills.
Should be comfortable using technologies to allow them to transcribe meetings.
Should be comfortable learning about the topics relevant to the recorded conversation.
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint/word).
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should be a team player.
Should be a motivated individual who enjoys his/her work.
Notice Period: Immediate.
Compensation offered : 1.5 - 3 lakhs per annum
